HR Division as strategic partner is responsible for the series of employees development plan. The importance of this phase is HR puts Competence and Talent Management as the leading strategy. We identify and develop this potency to meet the requirement. We plan employees career path and competences. In People & Organization Development, we plan employees development and the strategy to fill the gap at the competence the employee has. To fill the gap, we start it by assessing both hard and soft skills. The outcome gives us the map of employees gap competence demography.
To strengthen our program, we build our assessment center consisting the medium to assess hard skill (TUK Mandiri) and to assess soft skill called potential review . The main tasks of those two parts are doing the mapping & identifying our employees’ competency gap.
Together HR and the department managers commit to bring this development plans to be well executed while Dharma Learning Center facilitates it. The learning program we construct in a form of inside & outside class is aimed to fill the gap at the employee competence. Our vision in developing employee competence is the synergy of these three departments. The result of these three departments’ programs will support the process of creating leaders in Dharma in the future. It is our commitment to spur the development of talented people, the basic competence and the organization in order to run excellent operational control.
